The Green District Eco Allston The Green District Edge Allston The Green District Element Allston

The Green District in Allston is not only one of the most impressive luxury apartment developments to be constructed since 2012, but it is also the introduction of a sustainable, eco-conscious neighborhood into the city of Boston. At its core, The Green District is made up of three, LEED certified luxury buildings, The Element, The Edge, and The Eco. These three developments introduce close to three-hundred new apartments into Allston. With silver, gold, and platinum LEED levels respectively, these luxury buildings have repositioned this Allston neighborhood to the forefront of next generation eco construction.

The first of the three buildings to be erected, The Element opened its doors in 2012 to rave reviews. The Green District was underway and renters were ecstatic. Not only did The Element deliver on the concepts of sustainable design, but it did so while including tremendous finishes and amenities for its residents, all at prices that were extremely competitive.

In 2013, the next step for The Green District was taken when The Edge opened to residents. Its gold LEED standards and even higher level of finishes made it a resounding sophomore successor to the first building. The building rented almost entirely in its pre-leasing phase due to the high level of demand that was being generated by The Green District.

The final stage of Allston’s new luxury apartment development will be completed in 2014. This third building, The Eco, will set a new bar for eco-friendly design with platinum LEED certification levels combined with unparalleled levels of luxury design. 108 studio and one bedroom units will bring a much needed influx of sustainable apartment options to the city.
